The State. must worry about the pollution problem, giving harsh laws, monitoring compliance and punishing violators. The environmental problem is a problem affecting the common good and the quality of life, and therefore can not be left to the discretion of individuals. The common good is a state responsibility as a representative of the welfare of all citizens.
Environmental pollution; is coming to such extremes in the world and in Peru, that man seems bent on destroying the living environment in a suicidal attitude, but while in other countries are taking serious measures to prevent and control pollution , in ours there are only isolated actions.
Alternatives should be used. cleaner organic fertilizers instead of synthetic transform urban waste into organic fertilizers, biological pest control, ie, combat insect pests with their natural enemies, etc.
Prohibit advertising, blind for insecticides, herbicides and other toxic substances, it being necessary to alert the user necessarily pollutants and lethal effects of these.
Citizens; should be more aware of the problem, demand respect for the environment and not contribute to its deterioration. The contribution of citizens, individually, can be very large in some respects:
• Do not throw garbage and waste in the streets or anywhere.
Avoids noise nuisance, both at the neighborhood level (open exhausts, horns, loud music) and household level.
Eradication · highly polluting habits such as spitting and making deposits on the street or in parks and gardens, etc.
· Plant trees and assist in the maintenance of green areas.
• Do not use products that contain pollutants such as CFCs (deodorant spray), leaded gasoline, etc.
• If used motor vehicles, regular combustion engine periodically to prevent production of toxic gases.
Teachers have a very high participation in educating future generations towards environmental responsibility and help raise awareness about the harm of pollution.
Educate the public through schools and media (TV, radio, newspapers) on respect for the environment and the eradication of bad habits of environmental pollution.
A great responsibility rests with municipal governments directly responsible for the disposal of waste and wastewater, fleet control, green areas, the control of noise nuisance; of ornament, and pollutant emissions in your jurisdiction.
